- SMSigfredo Matos2 days ago1.0Well I look over online the time the store was closing on a Thursday so 2000hrs, I was driving to home in Spring Lake so I stopped since the last time I did mynoil change I didnt rotate an since my steering wheel was shaking a little might need a balance or alignment. Went there I gave the issues to Lora the rep taking my notes and order, she look that she was having a bad time the tone and the way she approached me. 7 to 8 minutes passed she called me back and stated that she couldnt donmy rotation or balance since I had a frontend , suspension and that I had to replace all three tires. The vehicle was not brought in at all so how she came up with that diagnostic by just hand rubbing one of the tires, crazzy. I was so tired that I didnt even want to discuss with her at all so I went home. The next day I took it to the Apex store, I have change few tires and my battery are also from Mavis so that was the other reason I went there. Before I head to the store I gave them a called and gave my experience at the Sanford store. He said thats not the company policy, this and that. They did the rotation and balancing with no issues pay around $70 dollars everything that Lora stated that my vehicle had was totally false, they didnt want to do anything with 5 employees just walking around. No accountability, careless thats how companies go broke, employees not doing what they are supposed to do. If it was one of my employees Lora would be fired or suspended with no pay, that simple. Definitely would not stop again at the Sanford store for anything, the competition its tufted out there for tire business and this is not the way a customer ahould be treated.

Second, I knew they were legit when I asked for an inside patch (on my tire) instead of a plug. The tech said “we only do patches from the inside”. Excellent custom service! They even put back my full size extra tire back up under my truck bed and locked it in. I was in and out in under an hour and a half. Five star times three!
