  I give this store 10 stars. Everyone was so helpful & pleasant. We needed a random repair & everyone from the front service desk lady to the guys in the back were awesome!

  First negative review I’ve ever done goes to this place. Who ever the girl is working this morning told me to google something she could have answered instead of trying to be smart. Rude customer service. Sad to see this place go downhill. I use to recommend this place, but there are plenty of other places on google that have friendlier staff.

  I needed a simple rear tire swap for a 2024 Can-Am Spyder RT. I arrived early in the morning and was taken care of very quickly. I would recommend Mavis Tire & Brakes to anyone needing great service.

  They lie about prices to get you in the door, was quoted 280 for alignment and alignment bolts which is as fair as a price as most shops around so I went up there and then price changed to 340 before tax and they still haven’t even looked at the car yet. Is $60 a big deal not really but it’s the fact that your supposed to give a honest price maybe even quote high so that people know the most they are going to spend. So if you want to waste your money here go ahead but there are other shops around that will give honest quotes and not just trying to get you in the door.
