  Customer service is horrible, We walked around no service. All the sales men inside sitting down. No wonder they're heavy looking. Will give u a price and try to change it. Do not go there. They will fight u as they sales men own the dealer ship not even know anything of the vehicles they have. Horrible. Better deals elsewhere. You're welcome.

  I don’t hand out five stars for nothing, but these folks earned it. They’ve taken care of both my vehicles and never gave me a single reason to doubt them. Work gets done right, they keep everything clean, no complaints . Just straight-up helpful, professional people who know what they’re doing. Solid crew. I’ll keep coming back.

  We just purchased our second vehicle from the Sanford Dodge dealership, and while parts of the experience were excellent, the overall process left us disappointed — and likely unwilling to return. First, the positives: Our salesman Joseph was phenomenal. His personality, professionalism, and patience made him a pleasure to work with. Miguel was equally great — friendly, and helpful. Unfortunately, the sales desk manager, John, completely derailed the process. After confirming our agreed-upon sales price and structure of the deal, we received a call stating that John had entered the numbers incorrectly and that our payment would actually be $200 higher. This was not what we were promised and not within our budget. The entire deal became a shady mess. But it didn’t end there — he made additional mistakes again and again when we returned to the dealership, creating confusion, frustration, and an overall sense of mistrust. It left a very bitter taste and made what should have been an exciting purchase feel stressful and unprofessional. My wife had even planned to come back soon to purchase a car for our teenage son, specifically with Joseph because he earned our trust. Unfortunately, the experience with John was such a turnoff that she has decided against that. The one person who helped bring the situation back on track was the GM, Ron. He stepped in to correct the errors, was genuinely kind, and truly did his best to salvage the experience. We appreciate his professionalism and his effort to make things right. Still, one person can make or break a dealership experience — and in this case, John did exactly that. While we highly recommend Joseph and Miguel, we cannot recommend this dealership as a whole due to this incompetent sales manger. This was our second purchase here, and it will likely be our last.

  I came to this dealership because I picked up some neighbors one day while they were getting there vehicle serviced. I ended up taking my RAM there for some tires and some maintenance. I spoke with Bill one of the service reps, he was very easy to talk to provided me some documentation for what I was asking about discussed my warranty, and I decided to come back. Bought some tires got some warranty work done. Everything went so smoothly. I'll be honest, I could have got that same smoothness at Fayetteville Dodge, but this place is where I live in Sanford. Everyone that I spoke with from the mechanics to the service folks, to the guys in the back ordering the parts made me feel confident that this was a good place. I have no doubt but I will go back to this location again for anything that I need. It's a HomeTown dealership.

  My experience at John Hiester in Sanford was amazing! The sales team was very courteous and friendly. At no time did I feel rushed or pressured. The truck I bought was detailed and fueled when I brought it home. Management worked with me to reach a low fair price that I could live with and I have not regretted it, or second guessed myself as I have with other dealerships in the past. I am typically a loyal customer when I feel that I was treated right and they have earned that loyalty. Emily got me started on my journey with the John Hiester team and I am grateful for her guidance.
