  Update I was contacted and they refunded me money so my bill was cut in half. I will consider using them again. I rented a car on 1/28 to drive up to NJ. I asked for an economy car and they gave me a Buick Endeavor a so called compact SUV My only other choice was a mini van. They never have what I want. The back window was so filthy I couldn't see out of it. The right side mirror was squashed in I realized this when I tried to adjust it. I had to pull into a gas station to clean the back window and fix the side mirror. There was no windshield wiper fluid. When I had to idle the car it stuttered. The only reason I rented from you was you had an office in Sanford and one in Scotch Plains where I was driving to. You charged me almost $400 for a one way. I will never use you again. I'll take an Uber to RDU and use other car agencies.

  The vehicle I originally rented wasn’t returned on time, but Tessa called me early in the day to let me know and got me into a bigger vehicle for the same price. Her customer service was excellent!
