  This car wash use to be a great car wash but it has definitely went down hill, I went today and the vacuums are not good at all they have almost no suction, And some of the vacuums are just not there. The customer service was good, I think they should work on there vacuums and bettering there equipment.

  It's decent when it's all working. 50/50 on whether the vacuums are working. I pay for a monthly membership for 2 cars and have since it used to be Jimmy Cleans. When it was sold and under new management, my membership rolled over, but we lost a portion of our perks. No more air fresheners, and the washes went from full service to basic, so now 50% of the time I don't get my full service tire shine and wax, just a basic wash. I guess at the end of the day, I'm still 'saving' money because I detail both cars weekly, I just don't like that I don't get what I pay for 50% of the time and the vacuums only are functional 30% of the time. Again $40 something a month to wash two cars weekly myself isn't bad, but I'd like to at least be able to vacuum my cars more than once a month, it's not just a one time issue, this has been ongoing for the last two years. I'd hate to leave because it's convenient to my house, but how convenient is it, if it only works a fraction of the time?

  Needs work and is subpar compared to other carwashes in the area. The vacuums barely work, if at all. If your car is pretty dirty don't expect it to get 100% clean maybe 60% at best. The wheel cleaner and tire shine didn't help at all. The towels and cleaners provided are in one location only that you have to walk across the lot to get to. I purchased a membership but I'll be cancelling at the end of the month. Overpriced for sure!

  Since this car wash was bought by take 5, it’s been horrible. The vacuums don’t work or don’t have any suction. It’s a hit or miss if there are towels. Trash cans are FULL. the prices have gone up but my car isn’t getting washed. Very disappointed

  Very disappointed with my experience at Take 5 Car Wash. There were no drying towels available, the vacuums didn’t work, and my car wasn’t even properly washed. No tire shine was applied either. Customer service was extremely poor. After I pointed out the issues, Arnold told me to go get my receipt. I immediately brought it back to the office and then waited over 10 minutes(it gave me time to create this review). He never came back — I eventually had to go find him myself to get my refund processed. This was a complete waste of time and far below acceptable service. I won’t be returning.
