Really no complaints about the wash itself. But if your supposed to be open till 8 then why are you closed at 6:45. I understand time change and it gets dark early. Why not turn the lights on and be open.

This would get a 5 star only if they could the rags dried, I worked with the company and we had a 2 in 1 dryer, maybe upgrade or get a new one that gets the job done, other then that. I’d say it’s a decent team they got here

This take 5 location damaged my roof rack when the young man operating the car wash failed to deactivate the overhead mechanism. The young man was also not paying attention when the contact was made and I had to blow my horn multiple times to get the machine shut down. This lack of awareness resulted in the car behind me bumping into me as well.
I filed a damage claim day of incident October 17th 2025. As of November 2nd I have still received no contact from anyone about this issue.
I've emailed the take 5 customer service with no response. Poor judgment and lack of accountability may be a culture within this company.
I was a loyal customer that has had a membership with this location and recommended it to freinds and family but I will no longer be supporting this business. I now have a Sam's carwash membership and I recommend anyone in the salisbury area to use them instead.
