  Went and got 2 tires, oil change, AND a fuel system cleaning. 23 year old car has never ran better! Alex was real nice and knowledgeable.

  THIS LOCATION IS OUTSTANDING! I originally went to another location and purchased 2 tires on Thursday, 2/19/26. I had a really bad experience with the other location as after taking three hours to put on my tires and do a simple oil change, my car was bumping hard and driving like I had a flat tire when I left. I waited until the following week and called up to Mavis tire on Faith Road to see if they could check it and tell me why it was riding so roughly. The worker said of course, and told me to bring it in the next morning at 8 AM. When I arrived, he checked the car and figured out that the balancing had been done wrong by the other location and he immediately fixed it for me. When I had the tires put on the previous week, the work had taken so long I did not have time to get an alignment. The Faith Road location was able to do an alignment for me as well at the same time with no appointment, and they also identified another issue my car was having and made recommendations on where I could go to get it fixed as they did not provide the service. They even brought me into the shop and showed me exactly what they were talking about and let me take a video so that I would have a reference for later when I scheduled the maintenance on it. They were kind, courteous, fast, and professional. I would recommend Mavis tire on Faith Road in Salisbury, North Carolina to anybody to buy tires and get work done on your car by trusted mechanics!

  When I arrived at the Mavis Tires and Brakes store, located at 310 Faith Rd, Salisbury, NC I was greeted by Sheila customer representative with warm greetings, very friendly. I explained to her what services I needed for me my car. She listened very patiently and she explained options and price costs and warranty. I felt very confident with Sheila’s options and advise that I cannot go wrong in having my car serviced at Mavis. I would recommend my Freind’s and family to bring their cars for service at Mavis.   Do not allow anyone from this establishment to touch your vehicle. This business appears to be using bots to inflate their Google rating. Look at all of the one review generic accounts leaving constant 5-star reviews. This particular business keeps changing names, branding, and services available. All they want to do is upsell you on everything. They do not uphold warranties from their prior brand, National Tire and Battery. The work they did for me was shoddy and haphazard. The service manager kept telling me to come back if anything was wrong, a shining endorsement of their work. The manager would not even give me his own name, he gave me the letter “T”. I spent $1100 in their establishment. I inspected my vehicle and noticed they left off a valve stem cover. I went back inside and the entire staff refused to come to the checkout to establish why I returned. Same visit, I did not leave and come back. I waited over 15 minutes and they never came out. If they forgot to reapply something as obvious as a valve stem cover, imagine what they forget to do on the less visible parts of your car.
