And a clunking sound is all I here every the time when I drive.then dropped the screws for the air filter in the firewall as well. The team member then found some random screws not the right size and then used a impact wrench to force the screws in and stripped them out. Also while I was in the waiting room I observed team member lock my keys in the car and then pried my door frame open to insert a long bar to catch the latch scratching the inside door panel .not a happy experience.
