Purchased a 2025 Tiffin from this location. At the purchase inspection they were fixing the hot water unit and the stabilizer unit was giving an alarm. about 5 hours later they said the heater is good and alarm is fixed. Left the dealership about 2 miles down the road the alarm goes off again and the rear axle was leaking fluids. They had towed the unit somewhere and pulled the inside gears from the axle to tow it and when they put it back in they didn't tighten the bolts just put the tiffin cap coving it back on so all of the fluids leaked out. I called tiffin and they sent me to a repair place and the unit has been their ever since. Purchased first of Jan. The repair place called me today about the unit. The hydraulic lines are leaking and thats why the alarm is going off. The axle has no damage that they can find but have found some more fluids coming from somewhere and looking for it. The bedroom slide started moving out on the bottom while driving so they are trying to fix it and they are saying that someone has tried to fix it by putting a pile of caulk on it because the floor under bed is wet. The slide had scrapped up the floor and broke 2 tile so we now know why the dealership had towels down on the floor that day they said it was so we wouldn't leave wet foot prints in the camper they were hiding the tile. 3 cabinets were broke and glued back together. And the best part is we found pictures online of the unit being wrecked and General RV repaired it and then lied to us saying no damage to it even. A camp crew rep for General RV has been contacting me for over a month and just emailed me again today saying she can't get the dealership to call me and talk to me about it. I asked for a higher up person and was told I couldn't talk to them that someone at the dealership would have to talk to me. update:2/20/26 The shop that is working on the unit found out when the added hydraulic fluid to the RV its suppose to be red and they used the oily yellow kind which made the seals leak and loose pressure which made the bedroom slide move in and out freely. $1200 to drain and fix everything so far. And still not been able to use the RV and still no call from General about this matter.

Kayla, our service representative was phenomenal! Her communication and friendliness was top notch. She also took the time to listen to our needs as well as the timeline for the service in order for us to get on the road. We also have to give a huge shoutout to the service technicians and management who went over and beyond to help us! They actually stayed past hours just to make sure we were able to get on the road. We will always come back due to the actual customer service that we received! Thank you to everyone for the exceptional experience!

My wife and I stopped in to look at a motorhome en route from Michigan to Florida. Was assisted by Kevin King in sales, and Brian in financing. Unfortunately, the unit we saw was just sold. But they helped us find another unit in Tampa. They were able to give us a fair trade in offer for our motorhome, and we were able to get all of the paperwork done for the Tampa motorhome done in NC. We usually deal with General RV, and recommend them to our friends and family.
