I've rented from Enterprise for some years now and I've never had to deal with the lack of communication that I've dealt with here. For ten days I've been looking for clarity on my rental agreement and either can't get anyone on the phone or can't get a PROMISED call back. Today after finally getting to speak with someone I was thrown off to what was suppose to be "the accounting department" but was some automated line about a new rental. Now they're not answering the phone again. I finally got clarity on my account by calling customer service and made sure to document my complaint about the Salisbury location. Solely from a communication standpoint I won't be back here and I don't recommend it to anyone else.

Little Joe who was 6'8 who showed me how to use everything in the car was so polite and kind I cannot say enough about how kind and helpful he was in teaching me how to use everything in the car thank you Enterprise and I hope anyone who needs a car will rent from you.
