    Good customer service mostly but I rented a car from an insurance claim (someone was at fault and totaled my car, their insurance supposedly covered just one week of rental car service. I received a jeep that was returned 10 Minutes before i completed my checkout. The breaks did not function well) the jeeps break pads they supplied looked brand new and not set correctly. Driving on the highway I had a car come to a dead stop in front of me while we were doing 40mph(65-70limit). I hit my breaks but to my dismay even after 4 car lengths of break failure I tapped the vehicle in front of me. Barely a golf ball size dent. After contacting enterprise I was informed the car was totaled and the insurance company did not cover the damages. Yet I was never given the option to pay for damage protection. Which I shouldn’t have to if an insurance company is having to supply me with transportation since I originally supplied my own transportation and coverage.
