  Matt provided the best customer service! Everything went smoothly and his communication was great. All employees were friendly and helpful. Couldn’t be happier with the rental- it was clean and very nice. Would recommend to anyone.

  Staff and experience was awful at this location. Very rude and not helpful at all. Did not have vehicle that was reserved for the second time within 2 months. If I could leave a worse review I would have. The manager at the location was the only person willing to help. He did give a discount for the lesser vehicle option they had. Last time we will use enterprise vehicles.

  Great customer service from the pick up at the collision shop to picking up the rental to returning it when my vehicle was ready. Thanks so much!

  Very poor communication. We were charged outrageously for damage waiver that was not explained fully while having insurance with damage coverage. No one called us to renew it. They claimed to but didn’t leave a message of any kind. The manager was a complete jerk. A year and half later, I receive a bill for $300 for a rental that was supposed to be covered by the dealership because they took a ridiculously long time to fix my car from an accident. No one ever called, didn’t even get the bill until over a year later. Come to find out, the dealership was also completely negligent and did not pay the bill. Enterprise now charges me for a rental that should have been covered by the dealership. I will never use Enterprise nor this location. Terrible experience. Just got to a different car rental company and save yourself the trouble.

  Excellent service at this location! Very professional, friendly, and courteous team . The manager, Matthew is very professional and really went out of his way to help us out when we had to rent a car. He has now made me an Enterprise fan. Because of Matthew’s integrity, I would definitely use this Enterprise rental service again and recommend the team working there!
