- DDDavidFeb 20, 20261.0Father brought in his Mustang to have the Convertible top replaced. The repair was outsourced to a shop in China Grove. While the car was being repaired Father unexpectedly passed away. Car was then picked up over a month later a few days before the funeral procession then parked. Less than a year later had major issues with the top collaping on the drivers side, contacted Cloninger per warranty agreement on the receipt. I was told to contact the outsourced shop in China Grove directly to fix the issue. Called the shop several times left voicemails, no returned calls with no success. Contacted Cloninger for additional help with warranty service to no avail. Looks like outsourcing is the loophole of standing behind the work that is being billed on the receipt.

I assumed it was nothing that could be done because of the time that had gone by. I was thrilled when I found out that their lifetime warranty covered my concerns. Nathan and staff were very courteous and made sure my car was squared away. I definitely recommend their services for your car body repair and painting needs!
