  I was double charged, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, he did not take the situation seriously. The manager, AJ, was rude, had a very poor attitude, and was extremely unprofessional throughout the interaction. When he finally looked at my receipt and confirmed that I had in fact been double charged, he appeared aggravated that he even had to check it. As a manager, he should be setting the example for good customer service, but unfortunately that was not the case. Everyone can make mistakes, and I understand that. However, this situation was clearly an error on his behalf, and it could have been handled with much more respect and professionalism. At the very least, an apology would have been appropriate. Customer service matters, and management should lead by example.

  I had a very disappointing experience here. I was double charged for my purchase and when I politely asked the manager, AJ to double check the transaction, he refused at first. I had to keep insisting before he finally looked into it. Once he checked he confirmed that I had in fact been double charged. Instead of apologizing for the mistake AJ gave me an attitude and walked away without saying anything.Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled matters. A simple apology and professionalism would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was not the experience I had.

  Horrible service. I would recommend going somewhere else. The supervisor, AJ, completely lacks professionalism and work ethic. I was double charged for an item, and when I brought it to his attention he immediately gave me an attitude instead of checking the receipt. After I finally got him to review it, he realized he did charge me twice. Not only did he fail to handle the situation properly, but he didn’t even apologize for the mistake. Extremely disappointing customer service.
