  I rent cars very often from enterprise normally 3-4 times per year maybe more. Specifically for going out of town for family vacations. I’ve always had a good experience and and great customer service from Darius. I recently rented a car earlier this week to take my family to the Georgia Aquarium for spring break. After driving over 6 hours and the night we arrived the check engine light came on. I texted the enterprise number and Darius responded immediately the next business morning and I gave him a call he answered and got me set up with roadside to exchange the rental. Although the Enterprise location that roadside referred me to had nothing available nor tried to accommodate at 1572 Howell Mill Rd NW, Atlanta GA that location then sent me to the airport location that also had nothing to offer me besides a Mitsubishi Mirage after telling him and him seeing I had a family of 6 and we also had luggage. I left two locations angry,sad and frustrated to not have any help and no guidance on what to do. I was on the phone with the 1-800-enterprise number for roadside telling them about my experiences and Darius called and I merged the call. The representative told me that they were escalating the issue with Howell mill rd location and they would find me a car and get back to me right away. Meanwhile three days later I still haven’t heard back from that location. But Darius understood my frustration and my family safety about getting home safely from GA back to NC he guided me and instructed me to go to a Pepboys or Firestone for them to diagnose the car and repair under enterprise account. He told me if I didn’t feel comfortable driving back that he would find another location that had a SUV to accommodate us. After all of the horrible experiences I had Darius was the only one that offered and gave the right piece of advice to actually HELP me although he was 6 hours away. He also took into consideration the time my family lost which was roughly over 3 hours after traveling back and forth in Atlanta traffic and time and gas and us missing attractions and events. Darius has always gone above and beyond and I hope he’s recognized for it !! -Destiny Richardson

  Darius was very unprofessional. I reserved a vehicle in henderson but it wasn't available so they sent me to roxboro. I was told my debit/credit card wasn't good enough for an suv rental and i could use it for a smaller vehicle, but wouldn't rent me a regular car because i didn't live in roxboro. By this time henderson was closing and i couldn't make the trip back. I said there was plenty available for a deposit, and his response was not all money is good money. He had no desire to help with the situation.

  Darius, the Manager in the Roxboro, NC Enterprise Office made the rental extremely easy; from the drop off of my vehicle and picking me up at the repair location to the turn-in procedure of the rental, was the most seamless I have ever experienced! Dwight with Worldwide Enterprises Towing Service out of Roxboro, NC was excellent! His promptness, efficiency and level of care for the rental car and for me personally was very rare! He didn’t want to leave me stranded with no transportation, so he gave me a ride in his tow truck to the Glenwood Ave Enterprise Office in Raleigh! The staff in the Glenwood Office was amazing at procuring a second rental (with very little notice) after the first rental had a mechanical issue! I deeply appreciate the care and professionalism of Enterprise! Thank you!
