However, preventing a paying member from entering the car wash is, by definition, a refusal of service. The explanation given was the presence of aftermarket parts. While I understand that car washes may disclose risks associated with certain vehicle modifications, I have never experienced a flat denial, especially while paying for a subscription. The interaction was unprofessional, dismissive, and came across as biased.
