  Carried my Jeep there for rattling in the front end....Steve was the service writer and after a few questions we said they would be glad to look at it with an estimate.... Rebecca was there and she went over everything that needed to be fixed....with in 2 days it's fixed, no noise, estimate was exactly correct, I'm a Happy customer !!!!!

  Went here on March 2 for a simple car inspection. Waited a good hour for nothing. Lady comes back to me with a book of papers and she stated my car had a lot of problems and to have everything fixed would be almost $4000. Then she said in order for them just to pass my car for inspection I would have to fix certain issues which would have been over $1000. I thought she was outside of her mind. So I took my car to Durham to a friend of mine and within 10 min he passed my car with a $30 fee. Mr. Tire should be ashamed of themselves for trying to take advantage of me Im going to report this

  Good. People are friendly, prices are reasonable. Bad. Had an appointment for 10am but they didn't get my car in until almost 11:30 am.

  I had an appointment to get a car inspection at 2pm and was told it would take 45 min. I went to check to see how long they had because I had somewhere to be at 3:20pm to only find out my car was still sitting in the same spot I parked it. I asked have they gotten to my car yet to only find out they haven’t even touched my car. There was no communication none whatsoever letting me know it would take longer than expected. The fact that I had to leave there without getting services I scheduled for is ridiculous. Highly unprofessional on their behalf.

  Had an appointment for just an inspection. Waited for 1 hour and was shown an estimate for over a thousand dollars for new tie rod ends and headlight bulb, neither of which it needed. Got inspected AND PASSED at Jiffy Lube. Cannot recommend this place. They also parked my vehicle so close to another that it took me 5 turns to get out. AND the inspection kid there cranked-up my AC and adjusted my seat. Hey, leave it alone people. It's MY car!!!
