  DO NOT use enterprise rent a car. Worst ongoing experience I've had for the last two months. I've recently relocated from the Columbus GA area to South Boston VA. However, I left a personal vehicle behind that I need to retrieve, so I need a one way rental. I started by going online and booked a car at the South Boston VA location with the intention of dropping it off in Columbus GA. The reservation was excepted online. A few days later, a representative from the South Boston store called and told me they couldn't honor the reservation because they don't have enough cars for a one way trip. I asked why if that was the case, then why did the online allow the reservation. She said the online had nothing to with her and she hung up on me. Next I called the Danville VA location instead of using online. They also told me they did not have one way rentals. Next I called the Roxboro NC location. I'm pretty sure it was not a store representative I got when I called, but she was able to book me a one way rental. Today, I went to pick up said rental. There were no greetings or pleasantries. I was told "Give me your license and card". He then immediately throw my cards back at me and said, we can't take debit cards from an out of state customers. By the way, I only live 22 miles away in VA. I called Enterprise Rent A Car Customer service and got a presentation with an accent I could barely understand. He told me he didn't show a reservation for me. When I gave him my confirmation number he told me that my reservation had been booked through a third party so he couldn't help. This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever dealt with. The only reason that I am leaving a 1 star is because it will not allow me to leave zero stars. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

  My rental is always clean and ready for pickup. Easy pickup, easy drop off. I have never had an issue. Darius is always friendly and helpful. Enterprise is my go to car rental company.

  Online reservation was easy and I also spoke to Darius in the Roxboro office for confirmation. He was pleasant during all interactions. For a small town, it was definitely busier than I expected on pick day and return day. Darius was the only one working but moved through all customers in a timely and professional manner.
