  Good price. Quick service on getting NC state inspection done. Front desk wait to check in was 35 minutes though.

  We can’t thank them ENOUGH for how kind, efficient, and completely understanding they are. We had a rental that was not properly serviced so we ended up with two flat tires within 75 miles of each other and after 4 hours of driving and still 2 hours from home, they were our saving grace. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

  I had an emergency situation in which the oil pan on my vehicle was damaged in route on 95. I had the opportunity of speaking to Greg right before he closed his shop and was able to set up an appointment to get it fixed. Greg did an amazing job about getting the piece to him and putting it back on my car and get my car back on the road so I can return home as I am not from the area and I lived about 4 hours away. His him and his team did an amazing job of making sure that I was informed consistently about the progress of my vehicle as well as making sure that the work got done in a timely manner. I want to thank her I'm going to seem so much for getting me back home safely.

  Do not buy tires from Mr. Tire in Rocky Mount unless you want to sit in their waiting room half a day, and then be told they don’t have your tires. I was sent to another store, who had the tires but took the other half a day to get. Them install. And I had an appointment. I don’t think anyone would have started on my car when they did if I hadn’t of started complaining. I went to the door and watched a guy whose name must have been Turtle work on my car. The store was dirty, needed painting, and unorganized. Both of them. Not a welcoming place to shop. I don’t know what to say about the final result, they haven’t finished yet. I’m just sitting here stewing.
