    I made a reservation on Wednesday for a van, which was later changed to a midsize SUV without any notice. When I arrived early to pick up the vehicle, it wasn’t ready and I was then told it may not even be available at all. To make matters worse, I stood inside the office for about 30 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged, even though there were five employees present. Now I’m being told to wait and “hope” a vehicle becomes available around 3 PM. At this point, the lack of communication and customer service is extremely disappointing. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience and not what I expected after booking in advanced

    The rental process was easy and the customer service was excellent. Everything was explained well and handled quickly. Absolutely recommend them for car rentals!

    I enjoyed the rental car I received-the Mazda CR-5. I enjoyed the safety features and other features it had. The rental process was easy to complete. The associates were very nice especially Javon? Who helped me twice to figure out how to connect to the display system. I recommend this company and will do so to my friends.
