There was one gentleman that was working there that is not a manager. That is really, really kind that I spoke to when I stopped, but as far as getting my money back or figuring out what they’re gonna do to reimburse me for this eight days, I’ve drove out of my way and not been able to wash my Vehicle. They literally have no customer service at all. Think about that before you get a membership with this company, they have no customer service.
