We asked for clarification on the return process twice and neither time was it suggested we fill the tank back up. So not only were we charged for the fill up but we were charged $9/ gallon and it doesn’t even cost that much at a gas station. Complete rip off and terrible customer service. I’m so furious with this company and will never return or suggest to family/friends to use their rentals.
