  During my commute to work my tire blew out and I had to put a spare on. I called my Mr tire,where I had purchased the tires and they said they did not have one but another Mr tire did. When I stopped at Mr tire everything was ready. Fast and easy.

  Mr Tire installed a new set of tires. The staff was very knowledgable and professional. They informed me about other issues with my vehicle that I already knew that needed to be fixed. I will be back for more services soon.

  NO Star - Failed to preform scheduled repairs in the time promised. Service requested, tire plug/repair - scheduled for 1:30pm, arrived approximately 10 minutes prior to the scheduled time. The employee at the front desk informed me that the shop was “backed up” and it would be a a couple hours before they could repair my tire. I left the tire and returned at 5:15pm, 4 hours later, but the tire was still sitting by the front desk. The same employee told me they hadn’t had a chance to fix the tire yet. I had to wait an additional hour for the service.

  The techs were very helpful, went out of their way to provide the best service. I've been a customer for years, the last three visits over a span of 3 or more years. I'll noticed how the store is under staffed. How can you open on a Saturday or a Thursday and Friday prior to a holiday weekend with one tech and a front counter person. You are turning away more customers than you assisting. $$ is walking out of the door. Using the excuse that you can't find good help is not correct. If you pay a competitive wage, good employees will stay with the company. Whether full time or part-time. To verify my observations, the last three visits, I've left Mr. Tire and checked out three competitors within 1/4 mile. Their bays were mostly full, waiting area full and most of all several techs taking care of customers. My 10 years of retail sales management in my younger days enables me to recognize such details.

  I frequent Mr. Tire in Wilson, so when my check engine sign came on while on my way to work I stopped at Mr. Tire in Rocky Mount. My service experience was fine. I was able to get my car back the same day. But after look at parts costs on the Internet afterwards, I could not help but feel over charged. I was charged almost $700 for a part, that the most expensive listing on the Internet was $300 and that was considerably higher than other prices.
