    Went to get my car inspected and to have some tires mounted. I stood at the counter for several minutes with no acknowledgment. There were someone walking around the office and mechanics working in the back. I eventually left and went across town to Carolina Tire. I have used Mr. Tire many times before because they are close to my work but this was the last time I take my business there.

    Recently, we were traveling south on 95 and noticed a low reading on one of our TPS gauges. Google helped us find Mr. Tire. I walked in the lobby and was immediately assisted by a very helpful young lady. She instructed us to pull around to the bays and ask the service technician to check the pressure and the TPS readings. The gentleman was cordial and professional. After inspecting/adjusting all tire pressures, he explained the issue for the the mis-readings also resulted from our tires being rotated and the TPS not being properly recalibrated for the correct tires (i.e. front vs. rear/ driver side vs. passenger side).He did recommend to continue monitoring the individual tire. No charge for any of the service. If you live or are traveling in this area, we strongly recommend Mr. Tire.
