  I had an appointment today to get my oil change done and to also get my state inspection and was looking to have my front brakes replaced. I arrived at the office today at 8:30am and checked in and handed over my keys. I sat in the waiting area. There was someone else who was getting more work done on their car, so I wasn't really in a rush because I had to do something today at 1pm. I sat in the waiting area from 8:30 till almost 12:30, there were multiple people who came in and had their cars checked in. Knowing how most places operate by appointment, usually first in, first out, is usually how my experience goes here. I looked at the time and saw that it was getting to 12:30, and I asked the clerk, "What is the status of my car?" He told me that they did the state inspection and looked at the brake pads but didn't do my oil change. I explained to him that the whole purpose of my appointment was to do my oil change along with the inspection and brakes. He then told me that it wasn't there, to which he looked at the system, and the only response he gave me was "oh." The mechanic who was working even came out hours earlier and reassured me that he was working on my car at that time. So the moral of the story is that I sat inside the waiting office for almost 4 and a half hours just to only have the inspection be completed and the brake pads looked at, which, in all honesty, I doubt were even checked. I asked what the reason was, and the response the clerk gave me was that they were working on cars from yesterday. Mind you, there was only one other person in the building besides me, and now there were 4 other people. Overall a terrible experience, and I will not be coming back here for the lack of effort to communicate and the fact that my car was just left sitting there with nothing being done to it except the two quickest things, and me wasting almost 5 hours for nothing just to be told, "Oh," is really inexcusable. *I also am adding the photo of me booking the appointment and what the purpose of it was for context. I have been here multiple times before and grew to enjoy coming here because I had a good conversation with, I believe, the manager my first time visiting, but this time was horrible, and I don't feel comfortable bringing my car back here, unfortunately.*

  The guy that was working the front monday feb 23rd was pleasant and helpful. My car was well taken care of. Will be back this is where I always bring my cars for oil changes and tires. They help with alot of other things too and tell you all about your car each time which is very helpful.

  I scheduled an appointment at 11 am. There was two people working the shop area and 1 young guy in the office playing on his phone. They immediately pulled our car in the shop so we thought it wouldn't be long and they would be done. How wrong I was. We sat in this location for 2 whole hours waiting just for our tires to be changed. I have worked in the tire business. They could have had us out of there within 30 mins. That was just unacceptable and inexcusable. Will never return to this location.
