- SMSara MyhreFeb 22, 20265.0The folks at Mavis Tire took excellent care of me a few weeks back. I was driving on I-95 and ran over a large metal box of some kind that must have fallen off a truck. My car jumped when it went under the front tire and then I could hear it scrape all the way down the right side of my vehicle. No idea how the wheel didn't come off. I pulled off at the next exit in Rocky Mount and asked the clerk at the Circle K if there was a garage in town that could take a look at my car. She said head down the road to Mavis - they'll take care of you. Brandon greeted me when I arrived at the garage and said sure they could take a look. Within 5 minutes they had it up on the lift to inspect. The frame was scraped but he said the tire looked good and the protective panel on the underside had done it's job. The car was safe to drive. I was so relieved and grateful. Brandon and the crew were super nice, professional and fast. If I lived in Rocky Mount this would be my garage!

My truck only has a leveling kit on it got to Mavis at 7:57 walked in at 8 and was rudely told that they don’t do “squatted trucks” my truck barely has a 1 inch difference from the rear to front and it doesn’t state that on the site anywhere that y’all cannot look at brakes on leveled lifted or anything like that. I don’t know what my truck having a leveling kit has to do with getting my brakes inspected but that’s crazy.
- MMMaryFeb 16, 20265.0Hit an object which flattened my tire on the way to VA. Called Mavis and Robert gave me a great deal on a new tire and an appointment. Sent me an email so I could GPS to business. They had me back on the road in less than an hour! Customer service was great and I do appreciate all their help. True blessings! Would definitely use if I lived in the area.
