  I have been with my mother on two other occasions when she went to this franchise in Rockingham, NC to get an oil change. She drives a 2009 Nissan Maxima. She is an established repeat customer. She was up-charged (3X) what she has paid in the past for a basic service. Her history did not reflect the use of full synthetic. This was not requested or required. I feel my mother was taken advantage of at this franchise by Paul and Nathan. She would not have agreed to this service had she been given an estimate. Dishonest tactics. I would not recommend this business.

  Great service..Very friendly and respectful staff .They did a very thorough job.Be back for an oil change and any other services as needed.

  Always courteous and quick. Have always been helpful if they have any concerns/comments I should know about my vehicles. I could change oil myself but they are worth what it would cost me in materials and my time. Thank you

  This is the closest place in this area that is a drive thru style oil change place. Most of these places I would assume operate similarly to how competitors do (i.e. take 5). You would normally drive around the back so you can pull vehicles in and avoid congestion out front. So when I drove 30 mintues here on a Saturday (1:30pm), when I arrived I did exactly that. Except when I drove around back all the the bays were closed with both techs working on a vehicle already. No one came out as I pulled up. Naturally giving them the benefit of the doubt assuming maybe they were on lunch and using this time to work, I left. I waited maybe about a hour in the adjacent parking lot. When I eventually pulled back into the Strickland Brothers parking lot. I found a woman also waiting except she was waiting out front and had already entered what I could assume was supposed to be a lobby for what is supposed to be a drive thru oil change place. They approached me and asked if I worked here, I responded no and explained I had already been here. They to had been waiting for some time in there car just like you would at any other place. She informed me that she walked into the lobby and no one was there. There also wasnt a tech in any of the bays. While I'd already been here once and wasnt intrested in waiting to see how this played out and had already waited almost an hour and half at this point. I started to leave just like the woman who showed up to no one present at an unlocked mechanic shop. I'd love for this to be the end of my review but as I'm leaving a red truck pulls in from the street. The bay doors are immediately opened for this truck by a tech who appeared out of no where. I am witnessing all of this while im parked out front. The driver of this truck after pulling in got out and walked into the lobby from the bay area. I'd love to reflect there high reviews and tell you about the quality of there work as mechanics at place that is obviously intending to be fast. But I cant exactly do that when I am unsure if anyone even works here or if this place is open to members of the public.
