- TFTaren Fregosi2 days ago1.0This place lies and will try to get the people they are serving in trouble. Multiple employees told us we could move out of state with this device and now we are in Tx with a lockout pending on Monday with my vehicle that isn't even the person who needed the device. Customer service won't do anything, gives fake email addresses for you to prove it's not the persons vehicle. Tells me I can have it removed at will and then when I try to get it removed not a single service place will take it out. My company vehicle is about to be shut off in tx and they are going to make me pay for towing when it wasn't even my DUI all because they don't know accurate information. State of nc DMV told me since it's my vehicle I can get it taken out by any service center. None will do it without a work order from intoxilock. I can't get anyone to respond via email or answer phones. This will cost my company the ability to work. I'm making this review so someone will see it and I have proof I have tried every means necessary to get a response before Monday when they shut MY truck down. And let's be clear I never gave them permission to put this in my vehicle. They didn't even bother to ask for the registration.
