    A representative of our company went to rent a vehicle from this particular branch in Rockingham North Carolina and received ,the worst customer service there and to make things clear we're not blaming, Enterprise in general and it's other branches or "counters " just this particular establishment , here on 01/10/26 where at least one of the individuals on the inside was the manager who was corresponding to a reservation of our particular visit and was very unprofessional and rude and denied our person of interest who was there to do a review on their rental services and customer service and failed provide our representative with the rightful response of renting the vehicle that was confirmed over the phone by Enterprise representative who confirmed the picking up of the compact vehicle with the confirmation number and through voice confirmation of the compact vehicle that they was denied of upon arrival and was turned around basically at the door regardless of what our representative having on their phone for confirmation of retrieval of the vehicle and traveled a long way to rent the vehicle with the pre- reservation made over the phone again the representative was unprofessional and also our representative said, there was a gentleman also sitting at a desk who he asked, if they could assist them in the matter and the person on the inside at the desk responded to our representative that it wasn't their job so we contacted beyond customer service and went to the proper channels to ensure that this would at least be given full attention! WE believe in the integrity of all businesses really yielding to the Golden Rule, that the customers are always right otherwise what business can stand without the customers consumptions, is it not, the "why ", point of reason for businesses to reach out for reviews 🤔 Our Question is to Enterprise, a well known establishment, would you let two obviously untrained individuals ruin the integrity of your business which will like a cancer, slowly but surely affect your business, and if not for your's then what about your customers integrity with the right to consume without prejudice 🤔 Disclaimer: we have rented from Enterprise before an Enterprise usually offers great customer service at various establishments, we're just waiting for the facts that one establishment does not define the whole corporation, and we believe that these individuals should be reprimanded at the least and properly retrained.👋😎

    I rented your Toyota Camry hybrid for 5 days and I just loved how I got 56 miles to the gallon. The employees were friendly and listened to my needs and suggested what would be the best car for me to rent. This particular location was very clean inside and the staff were very helpful and polite. I would definitely recommend them and rent again from Enterprise! Thank you! Tonya, Rockingham NC

    Fantastic experience working with Enterprise in Rockingham. We needed a rental after a car accident totaled our vehicle. The associate that helped us at check in and return was incredibly helpful and friendly. Everyone I spoke with over the phone was the same way, and I called offices in Laurinburg, Rockingham and Southern Pines looking for the earliest available rental. Insurance was paying so we only had the small car, but they gave us 2 good options to choose from. We enjoyed using the new Toyota Corrola. It was clean, reliable and fun to drive. Thanks Enterprise!
