- TMTrudy MasonJun 28, 20251.0Nothing annoys me than going into a business seeking professional advice for a product that store sells to not only get an attitude because the guy behind the employee behind the counter is annoyed for being disturbed while grazing on snacks but given the wrong information. The product was for a brand new car and it has made the little scrape look more obvious because it did not work! So disappointed in the poor customer service at Autozone!

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward.
