  I went to the AutoZone in Rockingham today, my first time being there. I had battery issues and a young woman named Haylee waited on me right away. With her exceptional help, and the help of the store manager, Joshua, everything was taken care of quickly and professionally. I haven't received that level of customer service in a very long time. The store was extremely clean and well-stocked, and my only regret is that I haven't been doing business there before today. They stayed focused on my situation and resolved it quickly. It is too bad other businesses don't treat their customers the same. I highly recommend this store and they now have a customer for life. Thanks to Haylee and Joshua for proving there are actual people who care and it was obvious they take pride in their jobs.

  Josh is my Hero for the week!!! Not only did he answer all of my questions, 2 different phone calls and today in person but he changed out my battery!! A battery that is under the passenger seat of my Jeep!! Not a simple or easy task but he did it like a Champ!!!!

  I was in your store 11/20 at 8;35 to get my check engine light diagnosed. I did not ask the guy his name, (dark hair, not tall). He was so helpful. I have never in my 80 years of life had a store associate be so helpful. He deserves all the accolades an employee can get. AutoZone will be my go to from now on
