- OAOrtessia AlstonApr 14, 20265.0I was actually getting ready to be put in a small Suv but the guy was checking out seen that the check engine light was on and he said I can't rent this out like that I was very Happy he noticed and said something my mind was completely all over the place and I probably wouldn't have seen it until later and then I would have been worried about if it was something I had done so I was really Grateful for him pointing that issue out. So I ended up with a nice car thanks again Enterprise

No cal, email, or anything to say there was problems finding a rental or anything. How can a vehicle not be available with almost a months notice??? Shut this place down....

Until this year, March about 2 weeks ago I completed online reservations and received all confirmation. This morning I get a voice message from Piper, call back and spoke with the gentleman, I was informed that they didn’t have a vehicle available for me I was shocked they claimed they tried calling me I went through my phone no misses messages or voicemails. And Piper tells me that was incorrect,, this has messed my whole trip up now I’m trying to figure out my next route.. So not like this location . What has happened, had to call corporate now waiting for answers meanwhile I’m scheduled to leave @3 without my rental, but was told to call them back

Claiming you called weeks ago but yet you did not leave a voicemail. My family has used enterprise for years and this location is the worst in region.
