I pull up around 4:00pm, I see a familiar woman in uniform along the side door talking with someone in a parked car (outside the building). I sit between the 2 bays, I don't see Anyone.. No Body! I wait a moment, I call the number to this office an automated voice msg answered and no one was available, 5mins later, I leave😡 I have never seen this type of Negligence at this place ever. I had my little 20% coupon ready! I don't have time to waste, I can't drive after dark! So I backed up and drove out! I'm 65+ yrs young, I need service, and this is where I go! I guess it's time for change😔

However on November 10th at 0940 there were workers there not familiar with NC state and county regulations. My car is registered in Onslow County. Onslow County has not required an emissions test since 2022. The worker told me my vehicle requires emissions even though I've have had the car 2 years and have come to that location for 2 years with multiple different cars to be inspected. I kindly disagreed and went down the street to different business where my inspection was completed. Its unfortunate because I would have liked to spend my money with the business that I frequent but their current workers need more training on state and county regulations.
