Professional, respectful and patient BUT the store manager JK is extremely rude, unprofessional, and clearly lacks customer service training. Tried calling the customer care number to express my concerns but haven’t gotten a hold of anyone as of yet so I’m posting my review here. JK is not a definition of a good manager at all.

Didn’t come back didn’t call to let me know things changed or anything. Text me the next morning with a picture of my inspection sticker saying his manager told him to and if I got stopped show them that. Not understanding why i would want to take that risk of getting stop. Haven’t heard from them the customer service can’t get in contact with them. It been 3 days!! They want u to pay 300 + and then turn around and buy a inspection sticker cus the messed up
