When we went to start my truck it would not turn over, battery dead. They stayed late, after hours to jump my vehicle. Excellent service.

Nov. 26th, My Rental kept shutting down on me while traveling from Philadelphia, to Tampa, Fl. while this was frustrating enough, the Rental didnt have anymore cars due to the holiday, They referred me to the Mr. Tire in Ranoke NC. since I was traveling thru. I Arrived exhausted and frustrated, Pam ( Manager) not only helped comfort us but also got us on our way in about a hour. No More Problems with the car. Overall we traveled 2,125 miles that thanksgiving holiday and i owe it to you guys, Excellent Job! To Pam and her Staff; If I don't ever see you again, Thank you, Thank you, Thank You!!!!!!!
