  Confirmed Reservation Denied to Active Duty Marine in Emergency. Unreliable Service. This review is for a terrible experience at the 201 Becker Dr. location on 10/21/25. My son, an active duty Marine, had a critical vehicle breakdown and needed a rental vehicle immediately to return to his base of operations. He secured a confirmed online reservation. Despite the confirmed booking and the urgent, emergency context, the branch manager refused to honor the reservation. The manager rationalized the denial by stating he needed to save the cars for customers who had "planned accordingly." This location is completely unreliable. They failed to honor a contractual agreement and showed a severe lack of professionalism and basic understanding for a service member facing an emergency situation. If you rely on confirmed reservations, I highly recommend avoiding this branch.

  First time car rental ever and it was the worst. Family and I were coming from NY heading to Carolina beach for vacation. Our car broke down in VA and this rental place was the nearest around. Yes we were in a bind, never rented before, and didn’t know the ins and outs of renting. Not only didn’t have the original van for us when went to place , they had to up charge by $10 for the vehicle given, it was dirty, and smelled terrible. Then because wasn’t told about roaming where you can drop off car anywhere, will be getting another $250 charge for dropping it off at a different location since RA states back to same location. I’ve called both the location and customer care to at least waive the $250 for dropping off in Kannapolis instead but never received a phone call back as promised. Very dissatisfied with this company and especially since first time ever having to rent a vehicle. Know now Enterprise is definitely not the place to rent from.

  Great experience served by a man named Mr Calvin very experienced. He make you feel comfortable and welcome,he's very good at what he do. He explains everything to you I like him .

  The online reservation process was easy. The in person experience was great. Calvin Manley was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use enterprise again.

  I had the worst experience here. I booked a large suv weeks in advance only to show up, and the guy sitting at a desk tells me he's been trying to call me all week to tell me they didn't have anything for me. But I didn't receive any calls from enterprise, and then he says a man answered the phone which couldn't be true because no man has access to my phone. Also, upon entering no one greeted me, he never explained why I didn't have a vehicle ready, he didn't give his name, or he never approached me to talk he just sat at his desk like he could careless that I was going on vacation that night without a vehicle. Also, the previous week I had called to see if I could have a preference to what vehicle I wanted and the guy I spoke with never said I wouldn't have a vehicle he just told me I would have to take what they had. I would not recommend this enterprise to anyone. The most unprofessional place I have been to. I had never been so mad in my life. This was on July 12, 2025 that I supposed to picked up the vehicle.
