The van didn't get clean going through the wash at this time. The manager looked at my van, told me it was because of the luggage rack on top. He asked me to take it back through, this time he told his frontline guys to use the brush on a stick, and power wash devices to get the areas, the brushes missed the first time going through. This time it came out looking very much better. I will come back here in the future. Great attitude from everyone from the very beginning encounter, to the guys at the beginning of the wash line. The manager, was very helpful with this. Top notch car wash for sure.
