  Recently I had an injury while on vacation. We had to cancel my flight and drive home. I booked a car with National and there was a problem with reservation when we went to pick up the car. They found a work-around and even gave me an upgrade. I have used National for the last four years on weekly trips. They have been excellent. I would highly recommend them.

  Great service The manager Tara is very kind and supportive. The quality of the cars is great - always clean and ready to drive. The team is very kind and responsive so you always have an exceptional experience.

  I recently used National Car rental in Jacksonville, NC. When picking up my vehicle the folks at the counter friendly, courteous and professional. When returning the vehicle, I had a self inflicted situation that made my day go seriously sideways. The Office Manager Tara, was the most compassionate, understanding professional I have interacted with in years. Tara restored my faith in human nature and proved there are still decent professionals in business and not just corporate robots. Thank you Tara and I will be forwarding positive comments to the Corporate National/Enterprise Office shortly.

  Representative at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful, and ensured that I felt comfortable with my rental. The return process was very easy, and the repetitive at the counter at that time, ensured everything went smoothly, with no issues during my rental.
