  Absolutely terrible experience at this location. Made a reservation and went to pick it up and they had no cars! The guy behind the desk just shrugged his shoulders. Told me to wait for the next flight to arrive (over an hour later), and MAYBE someone with a reservation might have missed their flight. Another person (Kia) came to the counter and told me they had called me this morning to tell me there were no cars available. I showed her my phone with no incoming calls today and no voicemail. She didn’t believe me and said I could have deleted it. Then said she wouldn’t rent to me even if they had a car because I was being argumentative. And then called the airport police on me!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN ENTERPRISE!!

  We always choose Enterprise. They have a wonderful culture. Their focus on customer satisfaction is exemplary, and unfortunately unusual. In the years of use them, we’ve only had a few minor issues and they were solved rapidly.

  They didn't have any cars. NOPE. NO CARS. Booked all through the week. Have to keep inventory up for the reservations. My flight was rerouted. No cars. Asked everyone. No rental agency had ANY CARS. Then I hear my name, and Patricia from Enterprise National said, maybe. She saved me. Totally, completely, saved me. Too many details of a trip gone awry and she shined some sunlight. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.
