  Reserved a car online for Wednesday. Got there and was told they didn’t have a car for me. They said they gave me a call that morning, but I had no missed calls. Now I am told there won’t be more cars till Friday so I’m kinda stranded. 1/10

  This past Thanksgiving I was able to rent a vehicle with Alamo . By far a great experience, the staff were all great to my family and me. Helpful with my travel plans and as well upon my return . I recommend Alamo if you want a smooth transaction

  I'm not sure if I could get more disappointed with my experience today! I made a reservation for my brother online. I had the reservation number and I even changed the pickup time with what I thought were no issues. I even contacted customer support not 1 but 5 times to make sure that everything would work smoothly since my brothers wife is 8 months pregnant. I was assured every time that everything was good to go. Fast forward to pick up time and my brother is told that there aren't any vehicles there for him to rent. This was about 30 min after I spoke to a great customer service rep that actually put me on hold to assure me that everything would work out fine. My Christmas is officially ruined!!
