Told me my battery replacement for a 2013 Kia optima was flagged as being a “complicated” install. So they could sell it to me but not install it, plus it was raining (light drizzle) outside so they wouldn’t do it regardless. Did a last minute pull into advance auto parts and mention what they had told me down the street. The nice gentleman saw the same *flag* but was still courteous enough to at least look for himself saying “hmm… let me be the judge of that”. He quickly determined that it would actually be a quick and easy install. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I appreciated the fact that he at least looked to see what was so complicated and was experienced and professional enough to get it done. Overall great service and highly recommend this location for genuine, honest service.
