  Do NOT TRUST these people at this company with your items if your car is towed straight to them after a wreck cause you go to hospital they or atleast someone there will STEAL anything worth something out of your car and then claim it wasn’t in there or they don’t know! I could tell who did it most likely too when I confronted them about it! It’s just better to use another towing company if this one is called say no I want another! It was my jump box/charger box that was almost $300 and I’ve needed it so many times after the fact too and it’s pissed me off every time I think about it when I was stuck with a dead battery or phone. It makes me so mad and if my husband wasn’t being caring and kind about me being hurt and rushed to hospital and wanted to get there as fast as possible then he would’ve told the tow driver to drive it to my house instead. Even if you’re already hurt and down and out these people will kick you and steal from you even more! Knowing they can get away with it why cause if you take them to court like I was thinking about it’s going to cost and well then that’s maybe the cost of your items and after a wreck you’re recovering and trying to work with insurance companies and etc. So they don’t think anyone will take them to court and I doubt many people do I was seriously thinking about it cause I had the proof something told me to take a picture of my jump box in the backseat cause me and my dad went to another shop to have a tune up and but it wasn’t even stolen after that it was steal there but then otw to the store right after that literally I was in a wreck and then it went to the tow yard and was stolen. So I had picture of proof with time , time at other shop and police report with time and know for a fact the other shop didn’t take it cause it was still there and then it went straight to Ferguson. If they get so many cases of theft claims against them they will be shut down even if temporarily though so I was still thinking of paying to take it to court! Cause they shouldn’t be able to get away with this! Don’t kick someone when they are already down! Non Trustworthy workers here! They may be okay to fix stuff if you take all your valuables out but make sure to cause otherwise your going to be sorry!
