    This is very tough one to rate because I did have the minivan reserved in Martinsville, VA when I arrived they didn't have any available and I needed one to go to another state. I called all kinds of locations and none of them had any available. Reidsville, NC location said they should get one in the afternoon but in the meantime I called the 1800 number and they said the region manager should call me and I haven't heard anything back. It was 1pm Reidsville location called me and they have one for me so I had to drive 45 minutes out of my way and of course it was a little bit more money to rent then what I reserved in Martinsville. The people were super nice the van was great I just wished Martinsville called me and let me know that they didn't have a rental for me instead of wasting my time. I could give a 5 star if I had the rental and the price I was supposed to pay.
