- RHRon HoltFeb 21, 20265.0I purchased a battery I December 2024...had 2 year warranty...unfortunately I lost the receipt..I found a bank statement that showed the transaction date..apparently the associate who sold the battery put my phone number in wrong. So they couldn't pull the transaction by #. Being over 90 days old the search criteria was a difficult procrss..the associate in charge, (Chelle or maybe Shel) was persistent and determined to find the transaction..must have taken almost 45 minutes but her persistent search found the transaction and replaced my battery free..this employee went above and beyond to make this happen...she deserves recognition.
- RBr brownOct 8, 20241.0I recently went to this store shared with them my problem concerning voltage and charging. I thought they would run a test on the charging system to help me find the problem. But instead they done a code reading..Today I paid $165 town bill because of the alternator was bad.The girl even act like I was troubling her.So I bought alternator from autozone. I want be back.

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
