- DBDave BuddApr 6, 20261.0Horrible car was. Car still filthy after pulling out. No spaces for the vacuum and waiting 10 mins to get in there. Vacuum was broken on 1 side. Would not reach the other and could not reach the back of a small suv. Overall terrible service and experience.
- MLMavi LondonApr 1, 20261.0I visited this location today around 6:30-6:45 pm. The customer service is really shitty at this location. This was my first time using this car wash and it will be my last. When I read the bad reviews on the website I was thinking “ it cannot be that bad” but believe me it is. First, the line is so long and the location is small and crowded. Second , the lady who was managing the non-member line was really bad, she lacks professional attitude and proper customer service. Third, the other young girl who was guiding the cars at the entrance to the washroom was also rude, has a snappy attitude and lacks the basic skills for customer service. I will definitely not be going back.

Not happy, if hours have changes they should make it clear on website. The weekends are when most people have time to clean car, should be open at least until 5pm.
- IBIan BMar 22, 20263.0It’d be cool if I could vacuum my car after my $40 wash…however with your whole hot 5-6 vacuums RIGHT before you pull out onto a main road only to never have the chance to pull back in. And you want how much for a monthly membership?! 🤦♂️
- KKKevin KollyMar 21, 20261.0I usually go to the zips in Holly Springs which is much newer and works great. Took mine and my wife’s cars today to this location and it scratched both of our hoods. Spent an hour at home with Maguires compound trying to get them out. Stay far away from this location if you want to avoid damage to your car!
