- MSMario SMar 13, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at Zip Care Wash in Brier Creek. The staff seem to get visibly annoyed and show a bad attitude if you use the non-members lane, especially when the members lane is already being used. It feels like customers are being treated as a problem just because an employee has to walk over to the turnstile to assist. A car wash should be about convenience and good service, but the way customers are treated here makes the experience frustrating. No one should feel like they’re bothering employees just for using the lane that’s available. Because of this poor customer service, I won’t be coming back and I will be canceling my membership. There are plenty of other car washes that actually appreciate their customers.

Outrageous price, already felt like I was being scammed, but I was already there, so I accepted it. But the underbody was not washed! Called and was told only the $30 wash includes that. Requested a refund, which they refused.
- CWCourtney WyattMar 7, 20261.0I just went through a zips car wash in Raleigh and it was a very bad experience. I paid for the $18 wash with undercarriage wash. The attendants have the cars going through the wash way too close and each individual wash timed too quickly. For reference, there was still soap on my car when I hit the dryer. Because of these my car came out of the wash just as dirty as when it went in. I have photos of my car immediately after the wash was completed and it doesn’t look like it even had water had touched my car. Complete waste of money!
