The cabin filter and engine filters were also replaced, and I thought it was a bit pricey, mainly because they used some higher quality parts than I'm used to. I've gotten an emergency battery replacement here too, and they were very quick to get that done. Labor rates are about what you might expect. But overall, I trust these guys and at least I know they use quality parts that will last.

Employee I spoke with was highly professional and friendly. They even followed up to make sure there was no immediate issue with the repairs. If I got scammed, I’d never know it. If you’re in need of a mechanic, this is the shop if you’re in around downtown Raleigh.
