  Oil change was supposed to take 15 minutes, instead it took almost 30 minutes when they couldn't get an upsale. Just trying to do so without explanation. I don't think I will go back to Valvoline.

  I went to this location once before and everything seems fine, but I think that these people are dishonest. I’ve been told that I needed to get something that I may not have needed. Just be careful.

  Everyone very helpful at this location. I had my oil change my tires rotated, new windshield wipers and a new filter. They did it fast and efficiently everyone very polite and good natured. A great experience.

  Went to get my oil changed today and the team WAY overfilled my oil. When I was shown the dipstick, I explained to the service technician--I believe his name was Nicholas--that the oil level was overfilled which can cause serious engine issues. Nicholas seemed entirely uninterested in fixing the issue and stated that oil should be filled to the second dot, which is entirely untrue. I then explained to the technician that the second dot actually implies that it is overfilled so anything above the second dot is serious, especially when it is THIS overfilled. Technician stated that it was slightly over the second dot so the oil level was good and overall was not receptive to the feedback that he could be contributing to serious engine issues. He offered to "recheck" the oil level and showed a dipstick that was slightly under the second dot. He was ignoring the issue and rushing me out by walking away from my car to direct me out of the bay, despite no other customers. Since the technician was clearly uninterested in fixing the issue, I eventually left to deal with the issue on my own. I evaluated the dipstick on my own and as you can see in the attached picture, the oil is about an inch I called the store and the number does not even go to a Valvoline it just says "Your rosie number only access calls from test numbers add your number as a test or add your card to launch rosie" and immediately hangs up so there is no way to actually reach them. I then called another Valvoline to see if they would fix the issue but there was no answer and also no voicemail. Eventually, a different auto shop was willing to drain it for me. Do not take your car to this Valvoline, their technicians do not care about the quality of their work and don't care about your engine. Take your car to an actual mechanic
