  Faulty installation. Leaked water down firewall and destroyed carpets and pads. Refuses to make repairs. Credibility shot. Dishonest store manager. Go to another company!

  If I could give Safelite 0 stars I would. A windshield repair led to a water leak in my car. The floorboards are covered in water (I don’t know how much), the AC/heater system is no longer working, Bluetooth/media screen is frozen and no longer working, mildew smell, and I am worried about potential mold hiding in the car. I have been back and forth with Safelite for months and it is extremely frustrating to be told to go see a mechanic to prove it is the windshield and even then STILL having doubts when I have provided video proof, not having my windshield at the shop, and delayed communications. I have called the corporate location and they told me to talk to the individual Safelite location but even then the Safelite location could not give me a clear answer and told me I could not pick my preferred auto shop to send my car to for repairs. They said I would have to speak to their manager who is not in office and I would have to come back. Again, my car has sustained damages and is in need of repair. It is about to be in the high 80s/90s here and I don’t have a working AC system in my car. I have lost confidence in this company and this back and forth is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Please do not schedule anything with Safelite!

  Very easy to navigate the app on scheduling the service. It's also connected to several insurance companies for policy verification. The technician was professional, friendly, and proficient.

  Safelite is the only company I trust for auto glass. Techs are well trained, courteous and professional. Very accommodating for scheduling appointments!

  This was an extremely easy process from beginning to end. My vehicle was done in much less time than I expected, and I was treated professionally and courteously throughout the entire process.
