- TJTyler J2 days ago4.0I’d like to start by saying the customer service here is truly excellent. The team was consistently kind, professional, and very accommodating throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated their willingness to address my concerns and the effort they put into making things right, including providing a rental vehicle when needed. While my overall experience was positive, there were a couple of areas that could be improved. The repair timeline was longer than I initially expected, although I understand that part of this was due to an issue with my insurance company providing an incorrect VIN. After the initial repair, I did return the vehicle to have a few additional concerns addressed. I’m very grateful for how willing and responsive the team was in taking care of those items. While most of my concerns were resolved, there are still a few minor things that didn’t fully meet my expectations. Overall, I had a good experience and truly appreciate the level of care and customer service provided. I would feel comfortable recommending them for small to moderate repairs, especially for anyone who values a team that is attentive and committed to customer satisfaction.
