  I had a good experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. The Mo and Mari were friendly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t pressure me. The wait was a little longer than expected, but the service was solid and I got a great deal on tires. I’d go back again.

  Five stars!! I have been a customer here for a couple of years now. I have only received excellent customer service, quality tires and even better pricing. Meg was absolutely awesome. She helped me with an issue with one of my tires, and I'm so grateful. Would definitely continue to utilize this Mavis location for my vehicle. Thank you! 🙌🏽

  My wife & I traveled 3 hours to Raleigh for an appointment at Duke Medical. Along the way we hit a piece of "retread tire" which we later discovered cut the tire and resulted in a bulge on the tire. This could result in a serious blowout especially driving home on the interstate. First thing in the morning I called Mavis, which was near the doctors office and I was very pleased at how professional and courteous the person was on the phone. They had our tire and knowing our situation scheduled an appointment immediately so I wouldn't have to wait. When I arrived the manager came out to my car and addressed me by name even though we had never met. He assessed the damaged car and determined I only needed to replace the damaged tire rear tire not both rear tires. I was very pleased at his honesty since some shops might try to over sell someone is from out of town and desperate. He showed me a list of 6 tires they had in stock which fit my vehicle along with a description, features and price of each tire. He did not pressure me or suggest a tire, again pressure, instead he answered my questions and let me decide. After I chose my tire the manager allowed me to bring my dogs in with me so I could relax in the store. Everyone I came into contact with at the store was pleasant, professional and working hard. I saw another example of the stores honesty when a mechanic brought a damaged logout to show a young college student that it needed to he replaced and explained how the college student damaged it while attempting to change a tire so he would know better in the future how to do it properly. I am from out of town but if I lived in your area I would be a regular customer. Knowing I was from out of town and probably won't be back they treated me honestly, fair, friendly and professional. If they do that with a "one time" customer, imagine how well they treat regulars!

  I had a really good experience here. Everyone I interacted with was kind, patient, and easy to talk to. They took the time to look into the issue and kept me in the loop the whole time, which I appreciated. They are extremely honest. They didn’t try to sell me on anything unnecessary and were upfront when it wasn’t something they could fix. They also gave me some helpful advice on what to do next, which made the situation a lot less stressful. I’d definitely come back here and recommend them to others. They are good people who actually care about helping you out. Extra respect to Mo and Johnny, great guys!
