  This is no exaggeration; this place just *literally* saved my day. I needed a single tire to replace one that blew out on the highway and as I pulled into the shop, another issue came up with the car I was driving. From the phone call with Megs on my way over, to the interaction and sale in the store, to them kindly answering questions about un-tire-related vehicle questions from a not-tire-guy, Megs and Lincoln went above and beyond. Two kind, knowledgeable, wonderful individuals. if you ever need tires, come see them!

  Megs and Lincoln are the SHIT! We stopped in to get a tire for my partner's car, and as soon as they mentioned that my car wasn't accelerating, Megs and Lincoln literally ran out to help! I don't know a damn thing about cars, so they stood there incredibly patiently and kindly, and walked through a diagnosis with me. This is a great place to go if you are having a bad car day! Megs is an expert at making things suck less 😉

  Change from 1 star to 4 star I had a very concerning experience initially. I came in for a leaking rear tire, and at first, they tried to convince me to replace all four tires, saying they were all bad. I declined and only agreed to replace two. There was also confusion about tire placement, as they initially attempted to install the new tires on the front even though the issue was with the rear. After leaving the shop, my tire pressure dropped significantly to 20 PSI, which made me feel that the issue had not been properly resolved. However, I want to update my review — I returned the next day, and they acknowledged the problem, apologized, and replaced two front tires at no additional cost. I appreciate that they took responsibility and made things right. While the initial experience raised concerns about workmanship and communication, I do recognize their effort to correct the mistake and provide a resolution.

  I stopped in today to buy a new tire and left with a repair. The service i received here was exceptional. Mr. Lincoln was great from the moment I drove up. He met me at my car bcs he thought I was his appointment which to me says a lot that they greet their customers that way. Even though I was not his appointment, you would not have known. I told him what happened to my tire and asked to buy a new one but, after he checked my tire, he suggested that I just repair it bcs my tire still had great treading on it. I could save money that way. I appreciate that he didn't try to get me to buy tires that was not needed. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for helping me.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Breaks. I got a flat the other day and filled it up with air just so I could drive over there, thinking there had to be a leak. They took a look at it right away and turns out there wasn’t actually anything wrong with the tire, which was a huge relief. I appreciated that they didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and they didn’t even charge me for taking a look. Overall really friendly, honest service. Definitely will go back if/when I need anything in the future.
