  My second time using Mavis but my first time using this location. I will have to say Julia was Absolutely Awesome! She was so knowledgeable of her tires and very attentive in hearing and meeting my needs, the team were very caring in making my experience a pleasant one today. Thank you team for great job!

  I pulled into the store to fill my tire with air. I had picked up a nail and losing tire pressure. An employee asked me if I needed any help. I told him my issue and he said we can help. No pressure and everyone was so helpful, polite , and professional. They didn't even charge me. Thanks guys!

  I am extremely disappointed with the service here. I stopped by in person, ordered tires for my boat trailer, and was explicitly told they would jack up the trailer and swap them on-site like they did a few years ago. I even left a $25 deposit based on that specific promise. When I returned yesterday , they completely went back on their word and told me I had to remove the wheels myself and bring them back. I had to borrow a vehicle and do the labor on jack stands myself, I didn’t want to disconnect the truck from the trailer in my sloped driveway while it was up on Jack stands. They did not honor the agreement we made when they took my deposit.

  Had an unpleasant time here. Went to get my new tires mounted , balanced, and have them perform an alignment. They told me they would have to charge me more money because my tires we all terrain tires. I’d understand if they were 35s or 33s but they were 265/65/17. Smaller the the stock tires. Half way through removing my old tires they informed me that’d they wouldn’t be able to perform an alignment because my factory Toyota rims would not allow it. Super shitty to hear since we’re half way through installing a brand new set of 1200$ nitto tires on a suv that needed an alignment prior to. Instead of discounting my rate they just offered to keep my old tires ( probably to resell) and charged me 180 to mount and balance 4 tires. Seems a bit extreme. Service advisor ( female; won’t put any names) then sends me down the road for because her friend can do alignments at another shop. Well guess what ? they attempted to align my suv three times and I left in worse shape then I came. Now the best part. I take it somewhere else. Just for a tech to discover 10/24 of my lug nuts were crossed threaded. Thanks. I’d give this a 1 star but I’m not a dick. The new male service writer there was very nice tho. Think it was his first week.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tire, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Julia! From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about helping me. She took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I understood my options, and didn’t make me feel pressured at all. The service was quick, smooth, and professional, and you can tell she takes pride in what she does. It’s hard to find people who go above and beyond these days, but Julia definitely does. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others because of her!
