  Terrible customer service. Made an appointment for 2:30 for a state inspection and tire rotation. I had initially asked if I could come in at 4 or 4:30 and was told they could not do this because they only had one guy doing state inspections and he always leaves at 5; and also something about the state won't take inspections done after 5 (I doubt it, but okay). So, I take 2 hours off work, show up at 2:30 and I'm told. Sorry, we're really busy. He's got 2 cars in front of you and hasn't even taken his lunch yet. It'll be about 2 to 2 1/2 hour wait; so around 4:30 is when we can get to you. I guess the whole concept of scheduling illudes these people.

  Top tier guys who actually look out for you and care about what they do. I have never had a bad experience and I genuinely enjoy going. 12/10 would recommend

  I had a very lovely experience with the Leesville location. Not only are the staff friendly and professional, they also know how to have a laugh and work hard. Recently they assisted me in a full-tire replacement (all 4), brake flush ($115), a fuel system cleaning ($140), and safety emissions inspection. It's been over a month and I've had no issues what so ever. They might be called Just Tires, but they do more then tires! I also want to add there was no wait and I didn't have to schedule a time to come back. I was able to pop in and get my vehicle worked on immediately. Great crew! Thank you for your hard work!
