  They did not mention there was a $10 shop fee when quoting me the price for wiper blades ($60). I would have went to advanced auto and got the same ones for ~$25 without a $10 shop fee added.

  This place is a scam! I went in for an inspection, was told I needed things fixed in order for my inspection to pass. I couldn't do that at the moment was told I should at least change the filters when I asked how much it was. The woman said it was $36 for the filters never mentioned a second price for the second filter. When I go to pay, she tells me my total is $111 and then proceeds to tell me that it was two separate prices for two filters, but that is not what she told me initially. she then tells me that she even showed me a computer screen which she never did and I hope that a manager is reading this and actually looks at the camera footage and sees that she never shows me a computer screen. Just scammed me, DO NOT GO HERE! **EDIT: a couple of days after posting this review a manager named Shaquille called me to ask about my experience there. I told him EXACTLY what happened. He apologized and asked what can make my experience better, I told him the only thing would be a refund. He said he would have to ask his manager and that he would call me back. After about 30 minutes he called me back and said that I can go ahead and get a refund, I just needed to come in and fill out some paperwork. I told him I would come in the next day. A lot has happened since then and I haven't been able to go. I called today to speak to him and see if I can go in today. A woman answered the phone, I asked for him. He answers the phone and asks for my name. I tell him and doesn't say a word and just hands the phone over to the woman. She proceeds to tell me that she's the store manager and wanted me to explain what happened. I asked why do I need to do that if everything is taken care of. She tells me again to explain. I then tell her my experience and she then proceeds to GASLIGHT me and tell me that SHES THE WOMAN THAT HELPED ME THE DAY OF MY INSPECTION, and that she doesn't know what I'm talking about. That I NEVER said anything about the pricing. She said that if I wanted a refund, I would have to come in into some paperwork so that they can do an investigation and corporate. Would then decide if I get it or not. I told her how can that be when Shaquille had already told me that I can get the refund. She apologizes for his lie but that I can't get a refund now without an investigation. So yet AGAIN they misled me and LIED and SCAMMED me AGAIN. I know she'll be reading this and I know she knows she's full of it. She said she's been working there for 15 yrs, I wonder how many people she's done this to. People who were afraid to voice what happened (afraid because the way she looks at you like she's one comment away from snapping) but I'm not. This won't end here, I will call, email, post EVERYWHERE about what happened and what this place is doing to people because according to the other reviews this isn't the first time they do this.
